We are pleased to announce we have secured the M&E works for the exciting £6,337,825 ESAM, Carluddon Technology Park project in St Austell. The ESAM building will have the capacity to provide office/workshop space for up to 27 advanced manufacturing and low carbon businesses and the potential to create up to 75 high skilled jobs by 2023. Works are due to commence on the Employment Space for Advanced Manufacture in late September.
Brothwell Irvine have secured the M&E installation works at Dartington Primary School which will commence in the summer and complete early in 2018. Director Declan Bailey says "we are delighted to be given the opportunity of working again with Kier Construction and look forward to further demonstrating our capabilities on this high profile project"
Brothwell Irvine take delivery of new High Temperature Hot Water pressurisation units and set to work installing them within the Energy Centre at Derriford Hospital. A well executed plan saw both units erected within 2 days. Works will continue to complete the installation over the summer.
